What's up?
The state tournament is scheduled for Principal Park through the 2020 season. Future tentative dates are: 2013 — July 26-27, 29-August 3 2014 — July 25-26, 28-August 2 2015 — July 24-25, 27-August 1
Clear Lake (3A) and North Polk (2A) took over the top spot in their respective classes in the latest rankings by the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association. Ankeny (4A) and Mason City Newman (1A) kept their spots atop their classes. There were only slight changes in most of the rankings. Of the 40 teams ranked last week, 37 of them are ranked again this week.
